Khush Mandaviya

Khush Mandaviya is a strong believer that the key to optimum health is the 5 pillars of wellness;

Physical, Mental, Emotional, Social and Spiritual. 

She adopts this in her approach when treating her patients to give the best care and longevity in their path to recovery. 

Khush has worked as an Osteopath for close to ten years. 

She began her journey as a Sports Massage Therapist, supporting people of varying sporting abilities including athletes. Here she equipped her clients with necessary tools to lead them to sport, and work. Following this, she specialised as an Osteopathic practitioner to delve deeper in the understanding of injury healing, body mechanics and patient education.

She has continued to excel her knowledge with her extra training  in Nutrition, Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage, APT level 1 & 2 training in Cognitive behavioural therapy, the Perrin technique.

My caring nature and genuine interest in health fuel my passion for helping others. I am always seeking to expand my knowledge and techniques to better serve my clients. With a focus on holistic health, I stress the importance of mind, body, and spirit balance. I believe that everyone has the power to achieve their optimal state of wellbeing, and I am here to guide and support you on that journey.
